MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT & EMPLOYMENT CREATION
Since independence in Zimbabwe, Craster International (Pvt) Ltd has
been proud training institution for many apprentices and students from
colleges and technical institutions. Since 1980 more than four hundred
apprentices, all of whom have been absorbed in the local, regional and international
markets, have been trained. The quality of training, in a wide variety of
trades that Craster International (Pvt) Ltd is able to offer has made its
trainees an invaluable asset to the development of skilled manpower in
Zimbabwe and the region.
At full capacity, Craster International (Pvt) Ltd has a staff compliment in
excess of 800 and this number will increase with the development in
progress. |
